GWY00: Gateway MPI - Modbus RTU Master

GWY00: GATEWAY MPI-MODBUS RTU MASTER: überträgt Daten einfach von Modbus-Slave-Stationen zum S7-SPS-Speicher

Das Gateway ist mit einem MPI-Port (Programmierport für die S7300- und S7400-Familie) und einem seriellen RS232- oder RS485-Port ausgestattet.
Mit einer einfachen Konfigurationssoftware können die auszutauschenden Daten zwischen Geräten im MODBUS-Netzwerk und dem S7-SPS-Speicher (Bereich MW, DB, E, A) definiert werden.
Nach der Programmierung ist es in der Lage, Lesevorgänge und Schreibvorgänge zum MODBUS-Netzwerk automatisch und in kleiner Größe auszuführen.
Auf der MODBUS RTU-Netzwerkseite kann es entweder als Master oder als Slave konfiguriert werden.
Das Gateway unterstützt auch das PPI-Protokoll für die S7200-Familie.
