CALYX: Raspberry Pi HAT+ Integrated Cellular

CALYX Raspberry Pi HAT+ Integrated Cellular is specifically designed to provide seamless mobile Internet to your embedded systems. Available in three variants (4G Cat 4, 5G Redcap, and Full 5G), CALYX provides a cellular connection to your Raspberry Pi 4 or 5 when Wi-Fi or Ethernet are not available or do not guarantee a constant connection. CALYX mounts directly on top of your SBC computer, saving space and ensuring a clean integration. Featuring functionalities such as GPIO modem control and PCM audio compatibility, CALYX offers a compact and feature-rich cellular expansion for integrators and developers.

#### 40-pin GPIO Header

- Power Key (PWR_KEY): Power on/off the modem. Digital Input, logic level 0 - 3.3 V, active High, to activate use pulse (≥500 ms)
- Modem Wake-up: Wakes up the modem from sleep mode. Digital Input, logic level 0 - 3.3 V, active Low
- Modem Reset: Resets the modem. Digital Input, logic level 0 - 3.3 V, active High
- PCM: Digital Interface, logic level 0 - 3.3 V
- SIM Selection (SIM_SELECT): Used to select between SIMs. Digital Input, logic level 0 - 3.3 V, SIM is selected by default, but with high logic level it is possible to switch to eSIM.
