RAK13800 Ethernet Interface

RAK13800 is an Ethernet module based on WIZnet's W5100S-L chip. The module features an integrated internet control chip that includes a hardwired (hardware-implemented) TCP/IP stack with 10/100 Ethernet MAC and PHY. It is a true single-chip solution for stable internet connectivity. The RAK13800 module's TCP/IP stack supports TCP, UDP, IPv4, ICMP, ARP, IGMP, and PPPoE protocols, and has been proven through various applications over the last decade. Users can easily develop an Ethernet application using simple SOCKET programming, rather than dealing with a complex Ethernet controller. The W5100S-L chip provides four independent SOCKETs for simultaneous use and 16 KB of internal memory as a buffer for data communication in reception and transmission (RX/TX).
