RAK5801:WisBlock 4-20mA Interface Module

RAK5801 is a WisBlock IO module that extends the WisBlock system with two current measurement inputs. The current is converted into a voltage that can be read by the analog input pins of the WisBlock Core module. A ready-to-use SW library and a tutorial facilitate connecting any sensor that uses a 4-20 mA current output. RAK5801 supports two 4-20mA interfaces and has a 12V power output to power the sensors. In addition, an I2C interface connection is available on the crimp terminal. RAK5801 combined with RAK4631 WisBlock Core offers your solution an interface for industrial sensors and actuators that supports the 4-20mA interface. This module is the bridge between such sensors and LoRaWan® communication, LoRa® point-to-point connections, or BLE. RAK5801 is ideal for battery-powered applications thanks to its low power consumption. Furthermore, the WisBlock system allows the complete module to be turned off to further reduce the system's power consumption.
