The F&F company was founded in 1992, evolving from a trading and service company active in the electronics sector. The previous technical and marketing experience (mainly in the electronics and electrical engineering sectors) allowed its founders to create a manufacturing company that offers a wide range of electronic equipment for both domestic and industrial applications.

The work of F&F's Research and Development department, in collaboration with the scientific community and customers, leads to the expansion of its offerings and enables the creation of devices with a higher level of technological advancement, as demonstrated by the F&Home series of programmable controllers and the PLC MAX smart home automation system.
