A/D converter for M-Bus protocol. Converts analog signals 0/4-20mA or 0-10V into values readable by Meterbus.

The two channels of the analog to M-Bus converter allow the acquisition of measured data from sensors in the 0/4-20 mA or 0-10V range to M-Bus. Models with 1, 3 or 4 input channels are also available. The *AnDi2* device is capable of self-powering the sensors.

Each of the two measuring inputs and therefore each sensor is represented as an independent M-Bus slave. The user can program special primary and secondary addresses for the input channels. This data is permanently saved in an EEPROM to be reloaded in case of power failure.

*AnDi2* can be wall-mounted or DIN rail-mounted according to DIN-EN 50022 specification.
The device requires a stabilized 24VDC power supply.

The input sensors of the AnDi2 device are universal: each sensor can be powered either by the AnDi2 or by an external power supply. 

The AnDi2 device provides an unregulated DC voltage ranging from 15 to 17 V. The minimum current supplied is 35mA and the generator is protected against short circuit. Voltage and current values must be measured when sensors are connected.
The AnDi2 device is capable of adapting to two types of measurement signals:

- a current proportional to the measured value
 

- in the 0-20mA or 4-20mA range if the sensor is passive
- in the 0-20mA or 4-20mA range if the sensor is active. These sensors have separate power terminals.
- a voltage in the 0-10V range proportional to the measured value
