CRS328-24P-4S+RM: 24-Port Gigabit Switch with Four 10 Gbps SFP+ Ports in 1U Rackmount Case, Dual Boot and PoE Output, 500W

The CRS328-24P-4S+RM is a 28 independent port switch, equipped with 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports that offer various power output options: Passive PoE, low-voltage PoE, and 802.3af/at (Type 1 “PoE” / Type 2 “PoE+”) with auto-sensing. The four SFP+ ports provide connectivity options up to 10 Gbps via fiber optic or Ethernet modules.

The CRS328-24P-4S+RM comes in a 1U rackmount case with an integrated 100-240 V AC 500 W power supply. The device consumes up to 44 W, leaving 450 W guaranteed (3x150 W for each group of 8 Ethernet ports) to power your PoE devices. Each port can deliver up to 30 W with high voltage output and 26 W with low voltage output.

The device features a “Dual boot” function which allows you to choose between two operating systems: RouterOS or SwOS. If you prefer a simplified operating system with only switch-specific functionalities, use SwOS. If you want the ability to use routing and other Layer 3 features in your CRS, use RouterOS. You can select the desired operating system from RouterOS, SwOS, or RouterBOOT loader settings.
