The MB-AHT-1 transducer is used for continuous temperature measurement in the range -40 ÷ 70 ° C and humidity in the range 0 ÷ 100% RH.

Data exchange takes place via the RS-485 port according to the Modbus RTU protocol.

## Operation

The module measures continuously via the integrated sensor. The reading of recorded values, the setting of all measurement and communication parameters, and data exchange are all performed via the RS-485 port using the Modbus RTU communication protocol.
The module has a heater designed to dry the surface of the measurement sensor. This prevents condensation of moisture which could interfere with the measurement result. This function is optional and can be activated via register 512. In power-on mode, the heater starts automatically when humidity rises above 97%. The operation of the heater can affect the correctness of the measurement, therefore during its operation, measurements are blocked (the transducer displays values from before the heater was turned on). Approximate heating cycle: operation - 1 s / stop - 5 s.
