The **Smart Class II cycle** announcement has allocated 29 million for Smart Classes in upper secondary schools.

### How much is the funding

Up to 10,000 euros for each school

### What is funded

- Interactive whiteboards, touch screen monitors and similar projection surfaces;
- fixed personal computers (desktops, all-in-one);
- portable personal computers (laptops, notebooks, netbooks) and tablets equipped with integrated or off-board microphones, speakers and webcams (i.e., purchased separately and compatible with the notebook/tablet);
- hardware accessories and peripherals (video projectors, graphic tablets, webcams, headphones, microphones, document cameras, scanners, multifunction printers);
- software and licenses for the creation and/or use of e-learning, mobile-learning, content-sharing, streaming, group video-call and web-conference platforms, not exceeding 20% of the maximum expenditure limits provided for in art. 6;
- internet keys and **4G/LTE modem-routers** and other accessories useful for the provision/use of cloud-based training activities;
- **network infrastructure equipment for network enhancement** (only equipment without the need for installation costs or building adaptations);
- cabinets and trolleys for storing individual digital devices within the school.
