CMT-FHD: Machine TV interface with HDMI interface

CMT-FHD is without a touchscreen, but having an HDMI output, it sends the display and sound via HDMI to a large-screen monitor and supports operation using an external touchscreen or mouse. Its palm-sized dimension makes it suitable for placement even in a small space, yet it can produce videos that can be shown on a very large screen, helping users gain control of their HMI screen instead of being limited by those available on the market. This new generation product offers more powerful image processing capabilities, supports 1080p (Full HD) video playback and smooth transition animation to deliver an unprecedented visual experience on large screens.

cMT-FHD provides support for remote monitoring. By running the cMT Viewer application on cMT-iV5, smartphones, tablets or Windows PCs and combining with VNC Server and the EasyAccess 2.0 * remote access service, users can easily achieve remote monitoring. cMT-FHD is also suitable for the Andon system. It can collect quality and equipment management data from the production line, process the data, and then send video/audio to a large-screen monitor via HDMI, allowing real-time monitoring and control for on-site operators. Furthermore, by providing powerful connectivity, including de facto IIoT protocol standards: MQTT and OPC UA *, SQL database connection, plus more than 300 communication protocols, cMT-FHD is ready to meet various types of integration needs that may arise in future smart factories.
