RAK2245 RPi HAT Edition WisLink LPWAN Concentrator

## EOL product, replaceable with RAK2287 + RAK2287 PI HAT board

 

RAK2245 Pi Hat Edition is the largest in the RAK2245 family, yet it offers full compatibility with the 40-pin Raspberry Pi header. So it is a perfect solution for a DIY gateway using the Raspberry Pi inside. This allows for quick deployment of a low-cost, stable performance LoRaWAN® solution.

As with the other modules in the RAK2245 line, it is based on the Semtech® 1301 and the dual SX1257 / 58 front-end chip. It is a full-fledged 8-channel LoRa® concentrator with a number of improvements over the last generation (RAK831) of this product.

Note that if you purchase WisLink Cellular Pi Hat RAK2013 as a single piece, it will not be compatible with WisLink LPWAN RAK2245 RPi Hat and WisGate Developer RAK7243 / 44 (without cellular) Gateway and vice versa. The RAK2245 LPWAN PiHAT module we use in our WisGate Developer RAK7243 / 44C (with cellular) gateways has been modified.
