TCG120-4: 4G LTE Wireless I/O Module with MQTT support, 3G and GSM-GPRS. 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, 2 relays, 1-Wire interface

The TCG120-4 is a 4G LTE wireless I/O module. In addition to 4G, the device also supports 3G and GSM-GPRS, making it a reliable choice for last-mile communication in areas with any mobile network coverage. Although network selection is automatic by default, it can also be manually fixed during the configuration process. Regarding I/O, the device includes 2 digital inputs, 2 analog inputs, and 2 relays with both normally open and normally closed contacts. Additionally, it features a 1-Wire interface that supports up to 4 Teracom sensors, allowing for extended monitoring capabilities. For initial setup, users can access a graphical interface via any standard web browser. Subsequently, in the field, the device can be conveniently configured remotely using SMS commands or HTTP API. The device also supports offline operation. In this mode, relays can be triggered by alarm conditions from any monitored parameter, be it digital inputs, analog inputs, or connected sensors. This allows the device to directly control processes without external commands. The wireless I/O module can also integrate into supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. To enable this, it supports machine-to-machine (M2M) communication protocols such as HTTP API and MQTT. When using the HTTP API, the module sends its complete status in XML or JSON format. With MQTT, only selected parameters are sent. MQTT operates efficiently even on networks with very limited bandwidth.
