ATC-850: An effective and highly integrated low-cost USB-to-serial conversion solution.

The ATC-850 converter features a USB interface and is used to connect to an industrial RS422/485 bus or a device equipped with an RS232 serial port. When the device is connected to a PC's USB port, it is automatically recognized, and a native COM port is installed, compatible with any application requiring serial communication.

The device has a 384-Byte receive buffer with adjustable timeout and a 128-Byte transmit buffer with auto-transmit control. The ATC-850 facilitates adding RS232/422/485 devices to your system in a "Plug & Play" manner.

The module is equipped with a USB-B I/F, an RS232 I/F on a DB9M connector (DTE), and removable terminals for RS422/485 connection.
The converter also features surge protection on the RS232/422/485 interface and 3500Vrms galvanic isolation between USB and RS232/422/485.

Power is supplied directly from the USB port, so no external power supply is needed.
