In case of power interruption, connectivity interruption, system error restart, or manual action, the Niagara Surveillance system sends a preventive alert and, as soon as connectivity is re-established, sends another alert of return to normality and adds the specific cause of the anomaly.

Anomaly events are recorded in a complete archive with date, time, and duration, so that the user can consult them and produce any reports for their own use.

The system is highly scalable, installation on Niagara platforms is simple, and registration on the website ( [https://iotlive.cloud](https://iotlive.cloud) ) takes only a few steps. The consultation portal is suitable for mobile devices and its use is simplified for less experienced users.
