MB-THV-Sxx: Temperature, humidity, and VOC index sensor, with dew point calculation

The MB-THV-Sxx sensors are active microprocessor-based sensors for measuring temperature, relative humidity, and VOC index, with dew point calculation. The sensors are available for flush mounting with a design coordinated with major civil series (BTicino, Vimar, Gewiss, ABB etc.). Via Modbus RTU (RS485), it is possible to read the ambient temperature, relative humidity, VOC index, and dew point. Regarding the VOC index, the sensor's algorithm maps all VOC events on a scale ranging from 1 to 500 VOC Index points. A value of 100 refers to the average indoor air composition over the last 24 hours. While values between 100 and 500 indicate deterioration, values between 1 and 100 indicate an improvement in air quality.

Regarding temperature and relative humidity measurement, the sensors have the following characteristics:

- temperature measurement resolution is 0.01°C, typical accuracy is +/- 0.4°C, repeatability 0.07°C;
- humidity measurement resolution is 0.01% RH, typical accuracy is +/- 1.8% RH, repeatability 0.15% RH;

There are two dip switches for configuring Modbus communication parameters (default 19200/8/N/1) and for addressing the sensor (from 1 to 159), as described in the instructions below.
