El cable para tacógrafo está formado por un par trenzado para la conexión CAN y dos conectores adicionales dedicados a una conexión sencilla con el tacógrafo.

El cable para tacógrafo simplifica la conexión en los siguientes casos:
Descarga remota de archivos del tacógrafo – permite la descarga remota de archivos
FMS CAN J1939 – lee datos CAN de vehículos pesados según el estándar FMS J1939
Lectura de los valores actuales del tacógrafo (Kline) – lectura de los valores en tiempo real del tacógrafo
El cable puede utilizarse con los rastreadores FM6300, FMB630 y FMB640.
