I-7561 es un módulo económico para la transferencia de datos seriales a través de USB. Permite conectar sus dispositivos seriales a sistemas que utilizan una interfaz USB. Al conectar el I-7561 a un PC, se obtiene un puerto RS-232/422/485. Al igual que el I-7520A, el I-7561 contiene el chip "Self-Tuner" que sintoniza automáticamente la velocidad de baudios y el formato de datos en la red RS-485. El módulo I-7561 obtiene su energía del puerto USB y no necesita ninguna fuente de alimentación.
