Il BACnet Explorer offre funzionalità complete e "plug-and-play" di esplorazione BACnet per reti BACnet/IP, BACnet Ethernet e BACnet MS/TP. L'Explorer consente all'utente di scoprire, testare e diagnosticare reti e dispositivi BACnet senza la necessità di caricare driver e installare hardware RS-485 esterno. Eì accessibile da PC, Mac, tablet o smartphone tramite un'interfaccia basata sul web residente sul FieldServer.

Il BACnet Explorer supporta l'accesso simultaneo di più utenti senza dover acquistare licenze software aggiuntive per utente. Oltre a implementare le funzioni standard di Explorer, il BACnet Explorer include la funzionalità BBMD come caratteristica standard, consentendo di visualizzare tutte le reti BACnet BBMD per il test e la diagnosi.
