Il TP-SW8-NC è uno switch Ethernet ad alta velocità completamente automatico a 8 porte, un modello PoE passivo per dispositivi che non sono conformi a 802.3af/at.

Sulla versione -NC la tensione di uscita PoE = la tensione di ingresso, quindi è universale nella sua applicazione. La gamma di alimentazione in ingresso DC può essere da 12V a 57V. Le unità possono essere alimentate tramite 2 o 4 coppie PoE alla porta 8 (2A max). Fornisce alimentazione al dispositivo remoto sui pin Ethernet non utilizzati 4,5 (V+) e 7,8 (V-). La specifica Ethernet supporta distanze fino a 100m (328 piedi) tra lo switch PoE e il dispositivo remoto.
